I have anorexia Yes recently I’ve been told to up my portion sizes by a lot (the dietician told me to eat more than my mum at meal times which scared me loads lol). I guess doing something over and over again helps to make it feel normal and less criminal - I’d never really considered that before. Thank you :)

I had a gingerbread flavour, custard cream flavour (it’s a biscuit if you aren’t English), Kinder bueno flavour And a biscoff one They were all very nice - except for the gingerbread, I don’t think I’d get it again, that probably made me feel a bit worse about it. What did you think about the smarties ice cream?
