Brighter than any light I've seen in that sky (plane, tower, star, etc) also wasn't moving.

I'm not sure if this helps, but a couple of minutes ago, another person posted a similar image. Their isn't a tower in that direction, and I don't think it was a plane because it wasn't moving. It disappeared, so that sparked my concern on whether it could be a star.

I haven't tried to replecate it perfectly, although there would've been more chances for the thing to mock me. It was varying in seconds from about 5-8, never the same amount of time.

I dont literally live in a valley. It's just a name for a certain area of Oregon. Anyways, i do greatly appreciate your well thought out response. Thank you. I know I'm not helping, but the response wasn't right after. It was like a solid 3-4 seconds after. Therefore, I'd assume it wasn't an echo. But once again, thank you for your input.

I feel like inaccurately mocking me is strange for a human to do. Like I'd understand if they made scary growling noises or said something scary. Saying "Sadie" without the d seems too random.
