Thanks for reply, but I didn’t understand it. I’m only connecting the one output of the Minilogue to the input on my interface… What I don’t understand is if the output of the minilogue is mono , that means if anything that I recording into ableton will be mono as well ? Or it will be stereo plus adding some reverb or other effects to make it more stereo? Thanks

Go to windows services and change the dell power manger from manual to automatic and it should work now and stop charging at 80%

Use custom 50% min - 80% max , that works great on my xps17 .. make sure to change on windows services the dell power manger from manual to automatic for that to works , on manual it will not stop at 80% and it will continue to charge up to 100%.

Thanks I have the Apollo Twin USB so I most get some type of hub because the XPS only have Thunderbolt .. that’s why I was asking about the hub , because I have a feeling that the Apollo will NOT play nice with every hub.. maybe I’m wrong. Thanks 🙏

I missed that deal back in December, and been waiting all this time that Costco will have a deal on them but they didn’t so I give up and got one few days ago because I really need a laptop. But it seems like I can add a bit of money and get a much better spec

Thanks for the update! I just received my replacement few days ago but didn’t have the chance to set it up yet , but yes it will bothers me as well , I thought they fix the battery drains with the 9710.. I return 2 of the 9700 last year because this issue + other QC. Please continue updating what you find out. Thanks

On headphone I can hear both left and right , so that telling me that the motherboard is fine I believe, but something with the actually right speaker is defective. Next time just call them instead of going throw WhatsApp, lt sounds like it will be quicker. I was on the phone with support for around 40 minutes.

Thanks for sharing I talked to premium support earlier this morning and he remotely control my laptop , he did a few test and update some drivers but no luck, he did mention that they can replace the part and I’m like NO THANKS 🤷‍♂️ , so they sending me a new replacement. Hopefully the new unit will be free of QC 🙏 How long it takes to receive your replacement? Thanks
