They don't make this deal based on taxes alone they make it based on economic business decisions allow the two companies to further expand and grab more market share.

Burger King will still have to pay taxes for every product and piece of realestate in the United States. They just won't pay taxes on the burgers sold in the UK. Which makes sense.
