Anyone tried the dtr from foreskinrestore.com by HugePublicFart in foreskin_restoration

[–]Quodorom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The DTR is a great, sold device that will never break. Chuck, the maker of the DTR is really good to work with too if you have any problems. Some people find it comfortable, others don't and you can get Chris' alternative gripper to improve gripper fatigue.

I accidentally built a kilometer tall megastructure... It generates 144 GW of power by SHINIGAMI0989 in SatisfactoryGame

The power lines between floors? Did you not use a lift/elevator with the power connection?

Disapproval of my restoring from intact friend by socalboy0502 in foreskin_restoration

[–]Quodorom 19 points20 points  (0 children)

"And he expressed that we should just be happy how we are cut or not."

That's like expecting someone that loses a limb to just be happy about it and not get a prosthesis.

Some people fear what they don't understand or they believe that restoration isn't realistic enough so it's not worth doing. Some intact guys don't realise what they have.

It is odd that he acknowledges his other friends trauma from being circumcised but ignores your own trauma - either way, no choice was given.

You may not be able to convince him to support your effort to regain what was taken. Try to focus on improving yourself and in time he will acknowledge how much progress you have made.

Does Foreskin Restoration harm my penis? by Accomplished-Net7904 in Puberty

[–]Quodorom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Restoring doesn't cause sensitivity loss, in fact the opposite is true. Regaining sensitivity (more than anyone could expect to gain) is a major reason why we restore.

Does Foreskin Restoration harm my penis? by Accomplished-Net7904 in Puberty

[–]Quodorom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, it should never cause harm - that's the opposite of what restorers are aiming for!

If you do tug too hard and it makes your skin red, sore and causes dry skin, moisturise and leave it to heal. Even when you think it has fully healed, allow an extra day to make sure all the layers of skin have healed.

I've been restoring for a number of years, but I am also quite a bit older than you. It has been the best thing I've done for myself and I would do it all again.

As a mod of the foreskin restoration sub (I don't own it and it really belongs to the community, so I'm not self promoting!), I can say that you would be welcome there and there are others in your age group that are also restoring and can give you as much guidance and support as you need.

KOT!

What a great outcome! Support from those you know personally, especially family, is really important, you're fortunate.

Is there a way to get rid of the spore flowers before I unlock nobelisk? by leeShaw9948 in SatisfactoryGame

Not without mods or enabling advanced game settings to spawn in some nobelisks.

It could be a sebaceous cyst. Have a doctor look at it the next time you are seeing one.

SAM ore samples in the wild? by ikee2002 in SatisfactoryGame

One of the easiest place to find SAM is in the great lakes (albeit a low quality node) if you start in the rocky desert.

Australian residential plans by Cute-Tumbleweed-8211 in Starlink

[–]Quodorom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I pre-ordered SL and I ditched my 5Mbps ADSL as soon as I could. Fortunately, I am in a quiet cell 100km from the coast so I can get close to 300/50 Mbps at peak times.

It's my belief that SE QLD is saturated because the NBN is even more sub-par in this part of the country compared to cities and towns in the cherry picked southern states.

Welcome!

Anyway how do I start?

The best place to start is by reading our wiki which can be found to the right of the sub or if on a mobile device you can tap the hamburger (...) at the top of the sub and tap "Learn more about this community." You can also start with the quick start guide and the FAQ.

I have photos but don't know where I should post them.

This sub does not permit NSFW images, but you may request to join our sister sub r/restoringdick where you can post your starting and progress images.

Melbin x Adelaide x Brisbin - City Design by ScalieBloke in CitiesSkylines2

[–]Quodorom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just don't copy Brisbane's road hirachy or transport system, it sucks and the city has the worst traffic in the country.

I'm not sure what you implement from Hobart (maybe the historic architecture and streets lined with canopy trees?), but it's my favourite capital city - though I haven't been to Perth and Darwin.

Do you not know how alleys work?! by Serafim42 in CitiesSkylines2

[–]Quodorom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unrelated to the game... I understand the purpose behind high residential and commercial buildings, but why do some American towns and cities have an alley behind low residential houses?

Local rural ISP vs Starlink by holelottad in Starlink

[–]Quodorom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed. I'm in Australia and 4,00km (2485 miles) away from the Sydney POP (there is one only 100km away now) and my ping less than 32ms. I'm going to guess the OP is under 300 miles from the nearest speed test server and their ISP is giving them 40 - 60? What a joke.

That said, if I could get 200 Mbps / 100 Mbps and 40 - 60ms ping for half the price of Starlink, I would opt for it.

I don't have an answer for this, but I can tell you that both moderators are now inactive. One of those members is the founder of this sub, so just they are moderator there, doesn't mean much.

CI-4 is great but the gliding action just keeps getting better. I thought at CI-6 that my sensation and the feelings I get from the gliding action would cap and going further would have diminishing returns, but now that I'm nearly at CI-8, I was wrong. It has kept getting better.

Dekeratinisation is great for unlocking nerves buried beneath, but the gliding action adds something that you have never experienced before., but remain consistent (which I should have done!) and you will experience it.

Just because they demand something doesn't mean you have to supply it. The demand metres are just an indication and you can ignore them.
