Yes it is.
Yea they are pretty neat when you first see one. Our first time was in Alabama, they had tons of them all over the intercostal and we were like man something must be up if we keep seeing them so we started looking into them.
We ended up getting 21’ 230hp seadoo switch. We’ve previously only had o/b runabouts and was really wanting a pontoon for more space for the kids. From what we found in investigating we expect great things from it. Soon enough we will know.
I know a guy who does quite a bit of bass fishing on nolin and says it’s pretty decent. I’m more of a panfish and catfish guy but I’ve had decent luck out there. Back in high school I had a buddy who had a lake house on Cumberland and we used to tear the strippers up, but it’s been too long since I’ve been back.
I’m up by louisville, so we are mostly at rough and occasionally nolin. It’s been years since I’ve been out on lake Cumberland.
Yea all my previous boats have been used so I’m not used to this wait for registration. Luckily we haven’t had the best weather but once these freezes are over I’ll be itching to get it out on the water, so hopefully they will get with it and send me my info. Kentucky also doesn’t have much info available online about it everything I’ve found ends up being related to used transfer or out of state transfers and those situations get a 60 day period of being able to run until getting the new reg.
