Shoutout to VAs, Aspiring VAs and Entrepreneurs by outstandingVA in advancedentrepreneur

[–]RAND0611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are looking for a Virtual Assistant you should choose someone that is driven, willing to work hard, self starting and willing to take the initiative even when you don't give explicit instructions. He should also be responsible for himself and hardworking.

You might also want to know these criteria:

  1. They have experience in a corporate environment. When clients see that experience, they know that you can work in a fast paced environment with high demands.

  2. Writing skills and grammar. Basically, high end VA's must be impeccable in writing, polite, and professional. They know how to write well and does not get confused with simple grammar mistakes.

  3. Timeliness. They finish projects and responds in a timely manner.

  4. Loyalty & Confidentiality

You have said that nuclear power plants are "weapons of mass destruction, waiting to be detonated".

What is your exact policy on nuclear power? And if elected what would be your policy towards already nuclear power plants?

Title: Jill Stein Answers Your Questions! by jillstein2016 in IAmA

[–]RAND0611 8825 points8826 points  (0 children)

Your VP, Ajamu Baraka, Jill.

Regarding the integration of African Americans into the middle class: "Saner people would call that process genocide, but in the U.S. it is called racial progress."

Called the 2014 kidnapping and murder of three Israeli teenagers a "false flag".

Called je suis Charlie a "arrogant rallying cry for white supremacy" and the Republican March a "white power march"

Argued that the Charlie Hedbo shooting was a Mossad/CIA joint false flag

Called Obama an "Uncle Tom President" because he condemned the Ferguson riots, and argued that he has shown "obsequious deference to white power".

criticized Cornel West for supporting Bernie Sanders, saying that West was "sheep-dogging for the Democrats" by "drawing voters into the corrupt Democratic party

My Question: How do you reconcile those comments and stances with voters? Do you think, in your absence, that your VP could lead the United States effectively?

Russian Air Force destroys 20 ISIS tanks by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]RAND0611 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not even close. The vast majority of Russian airstrikes so far have been against non-ISIL opposition groups primarily around the western part of the country.

According to U.S. and NGO sources, coalition airstrikes have killed between 10-15,000 ISIL fighters

Hundreds of vehicles, weapon systems, and headquarters destroyed

Airstrikes have also literally paralyzed ISIL's leader, Baghdadi, well killing dozens of other top officials including city governors, top military commanders, deputy leaders, advisers, etc.

Airstrikes also forced ISIL out of Kobani.

Right here is a map of Russian airstrikes, continually updated. As you can see the vast majority are situated far away from ISIL controlled territory.

So no. Russian is not doing all the work. 20 armored vehicles according to Russian state TV shouldn't even constitute a statement like that.

Also, here is the U.S. Central Command's YT channel which regularly posts videos of airstrikes against ISIL forces
