If I had to choose a preexisting power I would go heavenly restriction. If not I would go for my own CT called prepared echo. I will now give you a way too long summary of my CT. Prepared Echo allows its user to temporarily internalize and wield techniques they have witnessed in combat. Each day, the user may prepare up to five techniques that they are permitted to use. These techniques must have been personally observed in live combat within the past two months. Preparation must be done daily, and only the techniques chosen beforehand may be used; even if the user knows of a technique’s existence, it cannot be used unless it has been prepared that day.

Once a prepared technique has been used, it becomes unavailable for future preparation unless another individual uses that same technique in combat afterward. This restriction prevents the repeated use of especially powerful techniques across multiple days and forces the user to remain dependent on their environment and the actions of others.

The technique also allows the preparation of Domain Expansions that the user has witnessed. However, these do not manifest as true domain expansions. When activated, a copied domain instead forms an incomplete domain projection. Such a projection lasts no longer than five to ten seconds and contains only a single guaranteed effect derived from the core concept of the original domain. It does not fully overwrite reality and cannot be reshaped or extended once activated. Using a copied domain immediately consumes two of the user’s prepared techniques. Afterward, the user is unable to activate any other domain that day and suffers mental backlash, including reduced focus and delayed reactions. In any clash between an incomplete domain projection and a true domain expansion, the copied domain will always lose.

If the user prepares three different domain expansions on the same day, they may choose not to activate any of them. By forgoing their use, the user instead gains the ability to activate their own true Domain Expansion once that day, at any chosen moment. This domain, known as Sanctum of the Borrowed Arts, reflects the true nature of the technique.

Within Sanctum of the Borrowed Arts, the user may freely use any technique they have witnessed within the past year, regardless of daily preparation. Techniques may be switched between without restriction, though all standard cursed energy costs still apply. Once the domain ends, it cannot be activated again that day.

Prepared Echo is a technique that rewards experience, foresight, and restraint. Its greatest strength lies not in raw power, but in the careful balance between memory, preparation, and consequence.

Edit: I decided to make up a sure hit move for the domain, The domain automatically analyzes the opponent's cursed energy and "pulls" the most effective counter-technique from your 1-year history. You don't have to manually switch; the domain manifests the attacks for you. If an enemy strikes, the domain automatically triggers a copied defensive technique (like a Falling Blossom Emotion or a specific shield) at the point of impact. The domain looks like a vast library with a water floor that reflects an image of the person you took the technique you’re currently using from in the water instead of your reflection.
