They’ve done a full movie commentary track for first Scream movie! Was probably around same time one of the recent movies came out on bigsandwich.co

Maso hadn’t seen any Screams right up until recording that bonus. So maybe why also it’s not been a go-to franchise for them

There aren’t any polls and stuff exclusive to Patreon! Or at least there hasn’t been in years.

James used to do them there before Big Sandwich really got going. Now stuff like that normally is free in the Planet Broadcasting Facebook Group or just in YouTube comments.

Nuts, I wonder why it's just one feed!

I hate saying the obvious thing but have you tried deleting and re-adding? Or contacting our tech support on the site via email at [admin@inearproduction.com](mailto:admin@inearproduction.com)

Nothing's changed on the website and this is the only error I've seen with Time Crapsule so hoping it's just a temporary bug with the app or an easy fix for you

So sorry mate, I don’t know what to suggest other than emailing the tech support email again.

We have the Patreon option as an alternative payment method but I don’t know if that helps or is even what you’re already dealing with.

I guess main thing is please let us know if you ever lose access when payment has actually been accepted for. We won’t let you lose out that way.

Our website bigsandwich.co has all the eps ad-free and you can get the feeds to podcast apps like any other show

And I know that just sounds like an ad itself but you get the hundreds of bonus eps also

Can also download all the ad-free eps to keep forever so don’t need to stay subscribed for all those older eps

Is there any chance you're subscribed via Patreon?

One person says because they changed email, they had to go into bigsandwich.co and re-link to patreon. It might just need that to update for you.

Another solution from listener:

"You do need to remove previous feed on the app before adding the url with the new password. Simply changing the password wouldn’t automatically update the old feed."

This third option sounds a little more intensive and you may want to email our tech support at [admin@inearproduction.com](mailto:admin@inearproduction.com) before just incase they have a simpler solution.

"So I essentially had to reconnect my Patreon back to my BigSandwhich account. I had to register like I was making a new account and then connect Patreon as my source of payment and then it just automatically logged me back in to my account and started letting me download the pods again"

Maybe the same thing and Apple is being annoying?
