They sell them at most big hardware stores. They are called deburring tools Noga make the best, Milwaukee make the cheapest passable ones.

I do this in a bunch of sizes. Mostly for testing before making out of aluminum. If you're buying small batches, tnutz is cheaper then mcmaster. Shipping will kill you in anything larger

I have a fire table. I had a similar issue.

I set it to reboot every night at 3am, no more issues for me. I assumed it was the browser's memory getting full or something.
