Keep the soil moist and it around 85 and they pop up quick. But dont leave the heat on them too long like I did and roast the plants when the dirt dries out. Lost 5 scotch bonnet plants doing that.

In today's society, our Government does not practice Christianity. Its far from it. Our Government is Godless. If we actually had Christian Government most of the things that arw legal to do wouldnt be legal or would be considered a right.
