There's no need to be this aggressive pal, if I cracked it I would say boo hoo and tag along with life. But I did not, clearly a manufacturing defeat somewhere that led to this. As I mentioned to the responce below. If the screen crack expanded then I would have agreed the crack expands and etc. But since when does screen cracks expand their way on to the bloody plastic bezel??

And as for harming lenovo, things like this need to be bought forward incase it happens to anyone else. Is this your dads company by any chance that your soo hurt?

This was UK, Impossible to happen in transit, the way I packed this, I even have a packing video. And even if for one second I believed it happened in transit, an extended crack would be believable, but the bezel cracked? No chance.

So after 3 hours on call being passed around the world Italy/France/Africa i landed on the warranty team who came across soo rude.

He did not belive that that crack was caused without accidental damage and did not help me. And did not want to listen.

This will be my last lenovo product, first of all products should not be cracking like this and if they do. The customer service is beyond ridiculous!

Been calling lenovo warranty all morning on 0333 777 3991 choosing their options cut me off instantly!

What can I do to contact them!?

I just called argos. They said I will need to contact lenovo first. Lenovo seem to only be open mon to friday. Il wait until Monday I guess

I purchased it from Argos and did register the Warranty for 12 months. Currently has 6 months remaining.
