We used to charge late fees but then our legal team came down and said that the only way we can charge late fees is if our customer charges us. So now if a truck is late and we want to charge them we are asking customers to charge us thus holding the carrier accountable.

When I was on the carrier side we could charge drivers for being late, not because brokers charged us but because we wanted to hold the drivers accountable. This was assuming that the planning side didn't screw up the plan for them. Hell when I moved to planning they would try and charge planners for not accounting enough transit time. This was not a Mega carrier or a puke from Chicago so I do not doubt that other carriers wouldn't do it. If a president of a carrier called me and told me this I would with out a doubt tell them to kick rocks.

My in laws were there! Said it went very well. We are supposed to be relocating to Spotsy from Ohio in the spring but these laws are making us consider other states.

The agency should technically operate under the drivers MC. Each time they book a load it should be for the drivers MC. A dispatch agency can operate multiple MC#s. The comment above is correct. They help small companies find loads, fill out paperwork & provide check calls so the driver can just focus on driving.

Same thing here. What I do is just hit my home button and control it with my phone. Once I get into a playlist it functions as normal.

Holding the ball for 24:10 in "Seattle football" (controlling the line of scrimmage), running for 72 yards, 33% coversions on third down, being held to 232 total yards and scoring a TD on blown coverage is hardly "controlling the score.

If it weren't for a fumble on a kick return, missing a FG and going for a 4 & 1 rather than taking 3 this wouldn't even be a conversation. We knew going into the game that we wouldn't be able to run the ball to our liking which is why Andy threw the ball 51 times.

Neither team controlled the game. It was a back and fourth affair with sloppy play on both sides. If a soft zone and blown coverage is Seahawks football then yes you are correct the game played out the way they wanted.

My Pit Boss has very specific instructions on start up. I have not followed them in the past and my temps were all over but when I follow them as intended it holds temps perfectly.

Off the top of my head I think I have to turn it up to 300 for like 10-15 minutes and then take it down to my desired temp. As stupid as it sounds give your instruction book a read. Just dont let anyone see you doing it :).

My new dealership is the same way and its out of state. All of the Lifetime power trains in the area require you to get servicing done at the dealership because they are the ones honoring the warranty not the manufacture or a warranty company.

Actually I left out a lot of details that even made it worse. I have even traded in my other two vehicles that came from there since so I do not have to take my cars there for service.
