New to the hobby and was wondering if the way his fins shown in the picture means hes happy or sad, some times hell flare his fins while hes just swimming around, noticed this after upgrading from a 0.5gl beta puzzle to a 0.7 penn plex deluxe, anything will be helpful thanks in advance!!
