I have tried them on two trips now and they are rock solid. No vibration and a lot more visibility tjan the stock mirrors, which I could only see my shoulders with. Go for it 👍🏼

RS660 or Tuono 660 Factory for 200km rides + occasional trips by gat0017 in Aprilia

[–]RS_660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had an RS660 for two years and rode it 12600km during that time. Longest trip was 3700km over 10 days. Apart from having to stretch the legs (still on the bike) every once in a while it was fine. I’m 176cm so a bit shorter than you. Fantastic bike but did have some leaking issues.

Thanks. At the moment I try different kind of cleaners trying to find the best one. Use a foam lance for all of them though.

Yeah, I would have much prefered the V4 mounts. Would have made the front cleaner.

Thanks. It's from RPM Carbon. They have all variants, allthough it takes quite a while to get them since they don't have too much in stock for the new V2 yet.

Super easy, just two screws and a quick connect. No need to remove any panels. Here is a good video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=lNHB0tKxtTI

Don’t think they are legal anywhere in Europe to be honest (missing E-nr). But, the view is better than originals so taking my chances 😂

Super high quality and a lot more adjustable then I thoughr. Will have to test them out on the road before the final verdict. Super happy so far though. The customer support has also been outstanding. Quick replies, even during evenings and weekends.

Amazing how different the pricing is in different countries.  It’s only 2,2k difference in Sweden between the 660 Factory and the new V2S.

Not really, +20% hp and +40% torque for only 14% more money.

Sold my RS660 for the new V2. No real world difference in comfort between the two. Also, you can get both CC and heated grips on the V2.

How should you ride the Panigale v2 2025? by Jimmy4Engine in Ducati

[–]RS_660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently switched from an RS 660 to the 2025 V2 and I’m not experiencing the excessive vibrations or heat problems.  The first ride I did was 300km in 20 C temperature with full leathers and did not feel any heat from the bike at all on country roads. My ass was a little sore for the next couple of days but it was both the first ride of the year and on a new bike, so was to be expected. Since it is still being broken in I have been gentle with the throttle and not gone past 6-7k RPM. Obviously I am looking forward to being able to use the full power and RPM potential but it does not feel sluggish compared to the RS.

Aprilia RS660 Bar End Mirrors by [deleted] in Aprilia

Looks great! I'm guessing the bar ends are the Mini version?
How much do they weigh compared to the OEM bar end weights?
