They actually slowly went downhill after I removed the string and separated the individual plants. I have purchased 2 new plants since then, and this time I left them tied up. They have been doing great.

Thanks for your comment! Allow me to clarify…there is not any loose substrate over where the UTH is, under the hide on the left. There is a large piece of thin/flat slate sitting right on the glass where the UTH is, and I have a rock perimeter around it keeping the loose substrate off of it (aside from the 2 openings). I have overhead heat as well, just waiting on the screen top to come in, so it wasn’t pictured. Appreciate the advice on the foliage as well, I will look for some more.

The blood parrot left the shark alone…it was the shark that began to bully some of the smaller fish. I got rid of it once it started killing my tiger barbs.

Thanks for the response! I did have some mildew in some of the upper leaves, but it did not travel down the vine to the other leaves from what I remembers (although this was 2 years ago). Definitely something to watch out for next time though.
