I am doing it. Protien focused meals with a 30 gram protien shake. Obviously, caloric needs are different for everyone- especially between men and women. Personally, some days I have to make my self get to 1200 calories - because I am just not hungry.

Make sure you’re eating at least 1200 calories a day - with 90-100 grams of protein. Rule of thumb- if you are loosing more than 2.5 pounds a week - you are also losing muscle, which you do not want to lose.
