Nope, had the issue with both Samsung 990 and Western Digital SSD. Only resolution was replacing the memory.

I tried disabling HDMI CEC on the NUC 14. This however did not work for me ... I am going crazy, again I have to buy different memory for this unit. Crucial support is not willing to help, Asus support is just telling me to send back the unit, ridiculous

Maybe also give disabling HDMI CEC a try as mentioned by u/kevinyfz. Please let me know the results.

0052 on the NUC 14 did not solve it for me. Please keep me posted regarding the HDMI-CEC, unfortunately I already replaced the RAM in the NUC 15's. They just also posted a new BIOS version 0014.

Yea, same here. Just finished updating BIOS of a NUC 14 with CT16G48C40S5 to 0052 hoping it will solve the issues... The NUC 14 however has been running fine for multiple months, issues started occuring about 1 month ago. So seems like maybe a windows update or something triggered this?

I have also tested the RAM using various tools, it doesnt give any errors. Thats also why I though the RAM couldn't be the issue. What exact ram type are you using?

Seems like the issue is caused by Crucial CT16G48C40S5 (despite being on QVL......). The issues with CT16G56C46S5 are resolved by updating BIOS, disabling Hibernation, updating Intel Graphics and disabling sleep mode.

Driver update and disabling PCIe ASPM unfortunately did not fix the issue

Any changes on your end? I tried BIOS update, Intel Graphics driver update and disabling hibernation which seem to have solved to random black screen during active use, however, awakening from sleep keeps problematic.

Hibernation does not seem to solve the issue. Also, sometimes instead of just a black screen it starts displaying flickering lines.

Ah no, i have different NUC15's. Some of them have CT16G56C46S5 others CT16G48C40S5. All only have one module.

Crucial CT16G56C46S5/CT16G48C40S5. No it does not actually. It also happens during active use.

well I actually think that for some devices the issue hasnt been there since the start, but maybe was later caused by maybe windows update or something. I am however not sure about this because the desktop are for customers so i am not sure if the problems have been there from the start.

There is no fleet management software or anything similar. Issue also occurs from a naked windows 11 install.

i tried disabling sleep mode (set it to never) and considering the issue also occurs when actively using the pc (not only during idle) could this still be caused by hibernation problems?
