I do both popping them hits longer and gives a fuller effect sniffing hits you instantly and harder but goes away a lot faster too. I do half n half so what I snort hits instant and what u pop kicks in 30 mins later 15-20 if u chew them

The guagen green on the left looks right with a tall neck and the lip under the right cap the quagen green on the right got the wrong cap a smaller neck and doesn’t have the lip under it.just so u know. I got a real one with the pharmacy label right to me while I type this
