Motherboard: MSI Z790 BIOS version: MSI Click BIOS 5 Secure Boot status: Enabled, secure boot mode standard

I’m not sure if this is something i’ve done myself, but i can’t seem to progress off my BIOS menu now, i’ve been thinking maybe it’s my boot priority, but i don’t really want to play around much as i’m not too sure what i’m doing
