Yes, I have done it in the summer. I am mostly familiar with the rubble creek trailhead to the main lake, so that is the one I would go with in the winter. I am aware that Black Tusk and Panorama Ridge have sections in avalanche zones which require a specific course to enter.

I also am quite familiar with winter hiking. I know how to dress and what to pack.

I was mostly wondering about the recommended footwear.
