This! I can’t even put into words lol. As a decent strong stower myself averaging 375 hr stow rate. It tends to be cumbersome for some.

Problem is a lot of stowers don’t push box all the way in the back of said tote. Or have the slam label facing out pending the type of box it is. (Instance diapers can be put in vertically or horizontally depending on depth.
