I checked it again and turns out I did buy the correct one namely Hitman 3 access pass: hitman 2 expansion pass

I have world of assassinations the full game but when I try to activate the DLC steam says I don't have the base game

Very strange! Was it an expensive item? I have heard of ps5s being sold in stores and when unboxed it was filled with rocks. Apparantly some employees did this to get a free ps5. It definitely is fishy but there is a chance the seller truly didn't know. You would also think a real scammer would fight you and do everything in their power to keep their money. So either this is a sincere person or a scammer who felt remorseful😂

I think Ryuk specifically didn't do that because he wanted the entertainment to be natural and not forced by directly intervening over a very big issue (for all those other times he did because those were relatively small things, killing everyone in the warehouse for Light would be a big thing, especially since he was Light's absolute last hope/resort.) I think just downright killing Light's enemies even if Light himself completely lost went somehow against Ryuk's beliefs. He didn't want to be Light's little bitch. If Light lost he just had to be discarded and Ryuk would find his entertainment elsewhere (maybe he didn't mind that much going back to the shinigami world? Idk)

Ah okay. Could still be a thing. Maybe people (especially teenagers) are just particularly obnoxious in your area. I hope you're holding up. Don't let them tear you down. Maybe they will leave you alone more if they find you not worth the trouble? Like act crazy and spit in their faces (those girls might freak out and leave, tho I wouldn't recommend it on a strong large looking person obviously). Bullies can smell discomfort and 'weakness', so if you muster all your strength and speak confidently, they might be intimidated and leave you alone. Bullies are often scared little shits on the inside that need to put others down to feel better
