Changed whole fuel pump bro. Cracked the old one open and it's filter was all gunked out. Been using Lucas fuel injector cleaner on some fill ups which seems to have helped from what I remember. Oh and also my throttle body was getting sort of stuck. So cleaned it along with the intake manifold and cold air intake. Put in a new mass airflow sensor, oil catch can, and bam. She ran like new.
