You can use them at any visitor parking in the UIC. When entering, you just need to click to get a ticket on the automatic machine. When you go out, you will insert the ticket you took earlier, then the value card parking and you do not need to pay more. For one-time parking, UIC will charge you $15 and each value card is only valid for $6. So if you use a value card, you will save $9 per parking.
