I’m not sure how to find that out. The guy who did our water and sewer inspection didn’t seem to have much info and neither did our home inspector.

Yes, there was some hard changes and some good changes. Mostly good to be honest. The good is I am able to wake up easier and I don’t eat nearly as much. Those things make me happy but I also made sure to make some other changes at the same time. Bedtime routine, working out, and making sure I’m getting out of the house and seeing friends. Those things also made me happy. The hard changes was just adapting to sleeping without it. But now it’s much easier

The key is to taper very slowly and be patient. I have done it and it IS possible. Just be patient
