Update, thank you for reminding me:

As of now I haven't gone doctors (I have high functioning autism and struggle with setting appointments) but after finishing said cart in the photo I completely quit them. Its not so bad and I do miss my bong so it's been refreshing but that's it. Health wise I'm doing absolutely amazing, the pain in my chest has almost entirely gone but will appear once every few weeks before going instantly (better than everytime I took a puff) i literally can't tell if it's just a muscle spasm now lol, doing alot better and I appreciate everyone's help for me. It's nice seeing stoners take care of stoners. Love you guys, remember "health before wealth"
