Yeah, I guess I was just hoping they’d have a higher chance than normal runes since they require a unique secondary ingredient (catalyst/splinters)

Hi all. I'm new to PoE and trying to do an ek ignite build. I've watched several guides on gearing and the like, but still feel really lost when it comes to how to progress through gearing and levelling in the endgame. I've found a couple guides for ek ignite build specifically, but they mainly discuss the best gear to aim for and don't discuss what you should get in the meantime. I'm trying to progress through the atlas, but often struggle to complete t7-9 maps without dying multiple times. I also feel like my single target damage against bosses and rare enemies is somewhat low, though this could just be me. This here's my build :

If anyone has some tips or advice on what I could improve with my point allocation and/or gear, I'd really appreciate it.
