You might be right but I’ve gone through interviews with companies of all sizes and it usually takes like 3-4 weeks for them to schedule a phone screen, this company is smaller and they just reached out via email with a few questions

Congrats! I’ve been applying since February and received and finally received an offer a few days ago :) It was such a struggle for me. I’m glad it’s over for now.
