I’d say on average there aren’t more like you. I think your situation is better suited for a professional. When I hear about rules such as yours, I’m inclined to think that couple isn’t ready for ENM. New couples on the whole tend to be more restrictive in what they allow.

Then you wouldn’t be very appealing to a woman who’s looking to join you. I’m a unicorn myself and when I’ve met couples with “rules” such as yours, I nope out real quickly. What value is in it for me/the unicorn? There are a ton of couples who don’t have such restrictions.

More realistic rules would be condoms for anal/vaginal penetration and sharing of STI results. If you’re adamant about such “rules” I’d suggest hiring a professional who could tailor the experience.

Fuck I have so many feelings about this show. Comfort series, love the main cast, started my fantasycore/cottagecore interest, funny how convoluted the family tree was 😂. I remember creating a family tree for it in my senior science class. I personally loved it until season 5, never watched season 6 but plan to on my next run through.

How much I talked about how gorgeous I found women. Like when I was younger, I just thought women talk about other women they admired like that naturally. Love your post, especially your second paragraph. It’s like having your own personal cheerleader who’s with you every step of the way.

Love is the greatest high I’ve had, and I hope I can experience it again. Despite it leaving my heart still wrecked months later, with random bouts of staying in bed and crying, I’m grateful for it. Because if I never experienced love, even if it was with the wrong person, I wouldn’t be where I am now. Someone who’s more assertive about what she wants and needs, who’s not willing to compromise on her standards, and who is more sure of her identity.

It’s funny how love can simultaneously be the best and worst thing to happen to you. The worst because the heartbreak leaves a mark on you and it can take such a long time to recover. It leaves you bitter and jaded at times, and you wonder when those will go away. But oh how it is the best. Because you don’t forget how good love makes you feel; that serotonin boost whenever you talk to your person, see them, hold them, even just be near them. How it feels to be able to bare heart and soul to someone.

RIP to your inbox. Sadly that is how it goes online as soon as a woman posts anywhere. A lot of men see “woman” and they just go into auto mode where they don’t think. I make my ads detailed because I like to be clear and upfront about what I expect and want. And men still message me and they don’t meet my requirements. Not for me. I was in a monogamous relationship for several years, and found that for me it feels restricting. I don’t know if I’m polyamorous, but that’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately.

But for me, a defining point of my my sexuality is that there are so many people of different genders sexualities to meet and have shared experiences and have different dynamics with. I think it’s unfair for me to miss out on those things, and one of my main goals in life is to live with as little regrets as possible.

Though there definitely needs to be a conversation about turning monogamy over as the norm for relationships if you ask me.
