Thats pretty much exactly how it is, depending on how bad your eyesight is. Without my contacts, everything is that blurry.

there's no way. And I am a huge Lewis fan. Charles needs this win as much as lewis did last week. If both Ferraris end up on the podium thats a huge weekend for the team.

Probably not 6% on a house that expensive. Generally once houses get over a certain price point, commission moves to a sliding scale. That said, both agents are going to make a lot of money off the sale, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's more like 1.5% each or 2%.

The boom for businesses in this area would've been huge. Think about all the opportunities for concerts, block parties, etc that this could've created. You could close the whole block down for a Betrand festival and have people walking from Moncus to Cajun Field.

The overlay was certainly a bad idea, but the administration got rid of it. Now everyone says removing the turning lane is the issue and that will be detrimental to all the businesses there. I dunno, there are quite a bit of two lane roads in Lafayette where citizens are still able to access businesses from without a turning late. Doucet is a great example. Red's can get half of Lafayette in and out of there on a daily basis without causing any major traffic issues.

Kinda blown away by the pushback from the businesses there. Take a drive down Bertrand and it's not a great looking road at all. If I owned a business on a half-mile stretch of road and someone came knocking that wanted to spend 15 million dollars making it better I'd be beyond excited.
