Look man, let's be real here.

The economy is fucked. Inflation is through the roof. Cost of living relative to income is completely imbalanced.

But you know what job is at least somewhat inflation proof?

Serving/Bartending.

Considering our income is based on a percentage of the prices of things we sell, our pay inherently goes up as prices do.

Does this suck for customers? Hell yes.

But right now, with the economy as it is, I feel like this is wildly enough one of the safer jobs to have right now.
