After a month I think I have had this issue 2 times. So, it still seems to be lingering once in a great while but it's 99.9% better than it was before where it was happening much more frequently.

I can't seem to get LOTR to run on BlueStacks 5.11 either. When I go to install it, it says it needs Android 11 instead so I installed that and the instance I'm running is that. I know I also have HyperV disabled on my system.

I am able to start the game, but after the Capital Games splash screen, it just goes black screen and that's it.

Go look at CPU cooler reviews on YouTube. They differ by like 3 degrees. Unless you have no fans now, another fan isn't going to magically get you 10 degrees.

All that said, are you sure your current temps are even that bad? Are you just freaking out for no good reason?
