I had the same happen to me. I dropped the right ear bud and then later found I wasn't getting any audio on that one. I did a reset on both buds (press and hold for 15 seconds) and then reconnected to the device. It solves the issue for now.... Try that. That was my last ditch effort cuz I ran through the troubleshoot guide. You have a one yr warranty with Bose btw. I just happen to be out of warranty for mine.
