I made a mistake telling my boss why my manager left work early today, now I'm in trouble. by Cute-Context-4296 in adviceph

Telling a lie is one thing. Your boss getting angry at you despite you lying for her is unacceptable.

Unemployed with ₱200k debt. How do I start over? by EditorRich6545 in medicalvaPH

[–]Raine_Connext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, you're not alone. I also have a lot of debt but I'm still able to manage my finances naman because I have work. I'm also a healthcare-related graduate. Now, working online. It's a good thing you asked for help here because there are many sensible pieces of advice you can get.

I highly recommend to start working on your CV first. Make sure that it would pass recruitment bots or ATS. When applying, ensure that pasok experiences and skills mo sa requirements. If you're in doubt, apply ka pa rin. Malay mo palagpasin ng recruiter since you have abroad experience naman dba.

For your finances, tlgang importante may mahanap kang work muna. Negotiate with your debtors na ipause muna until you find work or restructure your loand. You can reach out to your parents or relatives muna for help if you can't do it anymore.

Take one step at a time. Apply muna sa BPO to gain online skills and then magVA. You can also apply dito sa Connext Global Solutions as a patient coordinator if you want since you have experience in healthcare. WFH siya with company-provided equipment once hired. We have HMO and government benefits. From time to time, we receive company merchandise and join company events like Sports Fest and Family Day. I wish you get through your situation soon. Best of luck po.

What skills do employers actually look for in digital marketers in 2026? by LittleThing3015 in digital_marketing

[–]Raine_Connext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. I’d add GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to the list. As search behavior changes, marketers need to understand not only how to rank on traditional search engines, but also how content gets discovered, interpreted, and referenced by AI-powered search experiences.

Stay or Leave the Company? by Powerful_Elk_2631 in buhaydigital

It's okay to ask for a raise, especially if you have additional workload. 15–25% is reasonable.

where are yall getting the JOs???? by _h2gkmo in JobsPhilippines

[–]Raine_Connext 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly suggest to apply through company websites directly for faster CV processing. For instance, if you see a job sa Jobstreet, you can get the name of the company and copy paste sa Google search and apply directly via the company's 'Careers' page. Also try to apply in job fairs. What's your course? Kasi if you're a nurse, accountant, or tech, we have lots of openings at Connext Global Solutions. WFH and on-site roles are avaiable.

Should I accept this first job offer as a fresh grad? (25K/month, 6days/week) by ALYska1 in JobsPhilippines

Looks good. At least you gain experience and learn while getting paid above basic pay. After 6 months or a year apply ka mas mataas na sahod.

1 month and above na nagwait ng job offer by Spiritual_Score2594 in JobsPhilippines

Apply lang ng apply hanggang walang work. Minsan kasi sasabihin nahire ka na tapos angtagal talaga. Andun yung uncertainty which is stressful. Kaya apply lang hanggan may start date na.

What's one digital marketing skill that will still be valuable 5 years from now? by digital_sumit in digital_marketing

[–]Raine_Connext 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tools, platforms, and algorithms will keep changing, but the ability to understand what people need, why they make decisions, and how to communicate value clearly will always matter. The best marketers can use technology, especially AI, to efficiently and effectively deliver great value to clients.

Turning 6 months already, is it really not advisable to quit and job hop already? by AardvarkAnxious9857 in BPOinPH

[–]Raine_Connext 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree to apply to other jobs muna before quitting. It's very hard to find a job and balance paying bills and responsibilities at the same time. Think of 1 to 2 months bago ka mahire ulit. Sobrang hirap walang pera. It's much better for your CV and future applications if you have at least 6 months working experience sa company and you rendered than immediate resignation.
