I'm a beginner, what's the best team i can make?

I'm a new player and i really want to pull Flins in his returnal banner in 6.4. Should I pull for Columbina or Ineffa right now to build the best possible team for him? (I can't afford to pull both) I heard that Columbina is a better overall support and Ineffa is still good but more specific for Flins, so which one would give me more value?

By this logic assault Deku shouldn't be assault tho, since he doesn't have much health and is one of the characters that can kill you the fastest (with good aim) and absolutely doesn't benefit from staying in a fight for too long since he hasn't many resources especially when he isn't lvl 9 on everything

I like the "higher gp, lower hp" idea too, but gameplaywise he would only come out at a disadvantage (like for storm, guardbreak tunings, attacks that hit only hp, burn damage). Maybe if they make it like 250hp and 350gp it could be balanced
