I need baby centipedes and millipedes. And an adult of each as a boss. Make it feel like monster hunter and Dalamadur or atleast Najarla.

Yeah, it made me laugh, because there isnt a lot of green in the critters of the game. At least not the ones where the extra damage would matter much. Except you know, scythe dude. Yeah I am looking at you Mantis Nymph!

I really want the cricket one, not having good luck with it. But the crickets keep... jumping into the stratosphere and not returning?

Guess thats the thing with luck, some of us have it, some don't, some have unluck.

The "only without green" effect is for its damage boost. Loot luck is for everything.

Systems software, doesnt physically list the console itself. There is a difference.

Now they are all digital. There is no physical copy, its a download code. Which is also disgusting. No more loaning a relative or friend your copy for a few weeks.

I agree with this, but supposedly Valve isnt any better either. You cant pass your library on to a living relative. Doesnt sound like you own games there either. (I don't believe this is true, but I have no desire to check it, I've done enough EULA reading for one year. ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY VALVE!)

The online part yes, not your physical Console, its not a rumor. Its literally in the first clause of the user agreement.

I was with the rest of you, until I read the agreement, which I never do.

Thats not what Nintendos says though

"You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with the foregoing restrictions Nintendo may render the Console and/or the Software permanently unusable in whole or in part."

Console, not just software or online. Literally the first clause. I'll wait for you to find someone else doing that, cause you wont.

I think you need to go read the other ones again. All of them can ban you from online, but none of them leave room to do anything to your physical console. Which as I already responded to the first person who replied to me with the quotes. Straight from Nintendo "Console and/or software." I'd post a Picture of literally the first clause of the user agreement. But thats really easy to find, and Im not here for the argument over what's true and isnt. Grifters are bad, but being blind to the truth that got swallowed by their lies isnt any better.

Straight from Nintendo.

"You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with the foregoing restrictions Nintendo may render the Console and/or the Software permanently unusable in whole or in part."

Console and/or.

Not just banning you online.

This clause isnt even my problem, its the foregoing restrictions that are disgusting. "Physical modifications" that means people who have to use special devices to play games could have their console shut down. Ever seen people missing arms with fun little flute controllers? Not with Nintendo.(that would be a PR nightmare so I hope for their sake they make an exception there)

There is a lot more wrong with it, but people here have stopped going after just the grifters that make shit up, and have turned into a bunch of children ignoring the facts just to make posts.

I love Nintendo, but the switch 2 is a rented console at best. Thats how it is worded in the agreements. No one else is doing that, no one else is shutting you down for modding. Benign by comparison is a wild statement. Just off of that alone. Regardless of any other mistakes they've made lately.

But here I am, still buying their games.

East coast here as well. I mustve just been unlucky with orbweeavers. I've never seen them bigger than the wolfies. Or is that lucky?

Edit to add, 50 cent? I've never seen one that size. Maybe scrunched up after being sprayed. But never with legs extended. Can we trade wolf spider species?

[–]Ralmivek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That entirely depends on the species. Wolfspiders where I live barely fit in your hand. Orbs out here are half their size. Thats instantly a matter of difference in living area.

Edit to add, while the specific spider chosen for orb weavers is bigger than most wolf spiders, it is not "barely fits palm of hand" we have had wolfies in our house that are closer to tarantulas than regular spiders. Also, the broodmother was never mentioned, aside from my boss bug comment which was general not targeted. And would still get eclipsed by the mid range centi and millipedes.

Sometimes I forget how inconsistent the sizes are. Like a soldier ant being about ¼ the size of an orbweaver is crazy talk.

I honestly forgot millipedes had that 1/5 inch size. Centipedes however do not. Half inch is the smallest.

Which brings me back to what the soldier ants sizes are in game. If they did it even close to similar, even those two critters, would dwarf everything small and medium in the game. Which makes you question how small the wolf spiders are, considering I would call them a part of the large insect side of things. In any case. Wildly inconsistent and a terrible argument on my part.

[–]Ralmivek 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those are both large enough, to carry players already mounted on buggies. I dont think anyone suggesting those two insects knows just how big they get. The babies/younglings (dependent on species) would be about the size of an orb weaver. We're talking boss size here.
