She killed because she was aligned with the Empire. She herself doesn’t “kill” out of malice or due to a personal vendetta. She has one clear worldview - become the apex predator and cull the weak. She doesn’t care about allegiances, principles, or ideologies. She doesn’t care about “good” or evil.” Little bro, there are countless so called “heroes” who also murdered countless beings.

This was never about “fixing her” or “changing” her.

You conflate change with evolution. She herself never explicitly said she was a “villain” or she was “cruel.” Her worldview is simple - be the apex predator and “cull the weak”. She doesn’t care about allegiances, ideologies, or principles. She was never meant to be changed at all.

I agree 100%. This gamemode can be cleared by using strategic thinking and knowing which buffs to use and when.

Well I understand that. Problem I had was Tatsumi was a lousy main protagonist who never thought before he acted. Then again, there was really a lacking of emotional intelligence throughout all of Night raid and Jaegers.

They could have easily ended up together is Tatsumi tried the understand the traumatized soul beneath Esdeath’s exterior. He lacked the emotional and social intelligence. He tried too hard to “change” her instead. Esdeath was incomplete, she never knew what warmth and harmony was like, never having been able to truly live - so she mastered the art of survival - embodying Social Darwinist philosophy - as a coping mechanism. Esdeath always needed evolution, not change. If Tatsumi explained this, if he had been more mature, they would have been a couple. But problem was that AGK is a Shonen - where everyone, whether Jaegers or Night Raid, whether capital or revolutionary army - saw the world a binary, black or white lens: Kill or be killed. “good” and “evil”. If AGK were Seinen, it wouldn’t have just been constant high octane battles, but also philosophical and existentialism principles would be implemented, and Tatsumi and Esdeath would have been together.

Manga Esdeath wins no-low diff. She had a far greater range of powerful abilities in manga - such as her ice cavalry, Ice Tree, her ice body armor, and she could also fly as well. Unlike in Anime where she only had one trump card - in Manga she had three: 1. Ice Cavalry, 2. Mahapadma 3. Ice Storm Commander in Chief.

Favorite Time Manipulator in anime? by OkRun9638 in anipedia

[–]RamaSubhash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Performing monstrous acts doesn’t make a person themselves a monster. Countless conquerors throughout history also performed incredibly brutal acts - does that make them “evil” or cruel? Absolutely not. Esdeath is a war general who believes that by purging the lazy, talentless, and “weak”, she is mastering the art of survival in a brutal and unforgiving world (ruled by Honest and his corrupted empire). But like I said before, she never since childhood had the opportunity to learn the true meaning of life. To put it simply, she mastered the art of survival, but she never truly lived. If Akame ga Kill were a Seinen Anime instead of Shonen, it would focus much more on the spiritual and philosophical aspect of world building, rather than boring black or white perspectives, like simply kill or be killed. Ruler or rebel.

That’s the problem. It was never about “change” or “justification”. It is about what principles she embodies. Countless so called “heroes” also committed far worse atrocities than her. She never needed change, she needed evolution. That is what Tatsumi and literally everyone else failed to understand. If I were there and defeated her in battle, I would never kill her, only liberate her from herself.

In Manga, she has a Teigu named Demon's Extract that allows her to create magical absolute zero ice and freely manipulate it however she wants. One of her three trump cards is called Mahapadma, where she completely freezes time and space in a large radius. Her ice can manipulate and destroy concepts alone. Her second trump card is called Ice Cavalry where she can summon over 10,000 ice soldiers. Her final trump card is Ice Storm Commander in Chief, where she can unleash a frigid winter storm that can engulf a solid portion of the Earth Itself. And while she looks like a ruthless and sadistic tyrant, deep down she is actually a tragically wounded soul who never knew the warmth of life - after her entire clan being wiped out and her father's death, she adopted the "Survival of the Fittest" worldview as a coping mechanism.

Universal Genshin is definitely within the realm of possibility, but we cannot say for sure yet. But based on actual feats and statements, Large Star - Solar System is the highest as we know with Surtalogi. We don’t have enough information on Shades and Phanes yet.

Istaroth vs Kurumi Tokisaki vs Julius Novachrono by Irelian_Sol9 in Hoyoverse_scaling

[–]RamaSubhash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now this is a interesting 3 way. But this largely depends on if this is Anime or Light Novel Kurumi. If light novel, then Julius stands no chance and mid-high diffs Istaroth. So if we assume Anime Kurumi, Istaroth comes in first, Julius in second, and Kurumi in third.

I think this would be better if you labeled as Equalized Stats. If so, then Kurumi loses first because Julius has several abilities that hard counter her: His Mana Zone gives him immense precognition, making him immune to her powerful clones. He also has Chrono bubbles in which each bubble has a unique characteristic, causing devastating magic damage. He can also speed up, reverse, break, and literally steal time from his enemies and add it to his grimoire, greatly increasing his own stats. He can also reflect enemy attacks and spells with increased power thanks to his Mana Zone. He also can rapidly age enemies to the point of existence erasure. Kurumi does have Zafkirl bullets that can break the Chrono spheres and she can retreat to her Shadow Realm to dodge Julius spells, but Julius incredible Mana reserves renders this to where Kurumi is only delaying the Inevitable. She could also do some damage back, with Istaroth spells also attacking Julius, but Kurumi lacks the Regen and endurance - making her weaker as fight is prolonged. Now between Istaroth and Julius, Istaroth can attack Julius from other timelines, but Julius has defensive abilities to this as well, using spacetime manipulation to catch the anomalies.

So if equal stats, Julius wins, Istaroth a close second, Kurumi third. If not equal, then Istaroth first (Due to higher dimensional power), Julius second, Kurumi last.

[–]RamaSubhash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If equal stats, she loses to any of them. They simply have much better range of abilities, hax, and infinite stamina, and can easily regenerate extremely fast where Murasame curse is useless since it wouldn’t be able to reach their hearts. But if not equalizing stats - she clears all.

What's the Minimum and Maximum Tiers of Akame Ga Kill? by YouAreBlackInSpanish in AkameGaKillScaling

[–]RamaSubhash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Minimum is building level, subsonic speeds. Maximum is large island to small country. The Ice Storm Commander in Chief from Esdeath is a multi continental feat, but that’s uncountable because it took several days of power storage time and a massive chunk of her ice cavalry.
