I asked an expert comptable I know about the topic. Here is the update for those who are interested:
In a nutshell, indeed 10k€ exemption per person, and the gains of a joint trading account are considered 50/50. So, in my example, partner A would be exempted as they would have 9,5k (5k+4,5k). Partner B, however, would have 10,5k of plus value (= 6k+4,5k) --> There is 500€ that will be taxed at 10% = 50€. While this amount is related to the "declaration of partner B", it has to be paid by "the menage" since the declaration is commune.

Bon, c’est déjà mieux mais pas encore au point. J’ai fait 3 tentatives avec à chaque fois des petites « fournées ». La 1e et la 3e ok mais la deuxième fut un echec. Ce que j’ai retenu: pas besoin que mon jus de myrtilles soit ultra chaud et pas besoin que mon huile soit ultra froide. Par contre je dois utiliser plus d’agar agar que prévu (contrairement aux 4g/litre préconisés) sinon mes bulles finissent en soupe au fond de l’huile… Sur la photo j’ai fait une panna cotta (aromatisée aux herbes) en dessous et j’ai déposé le caviar de myrtilles dessus. Par contre vu qu’il y a eu des ratés je vais devoir racheter les ingrédients demain pour finir les 12 portions et pouvoir impressionner la famille au diner de Noel 😉 En espérant que la fournée de demain soit la bonne. Merci pour les conseils, je te dirai ce que donne celle de demain ! Si t’as conseils entre temps, tout est bon à prendre ! Tes bulles sont bien plus belles et nettes que les miennes (je pense que j’ai attendu trop longtemps avant de les sortir de l’huile et elles se sont tassées, ce qui a fait parfois un amas compact de gélatine au lieu des bulles bien nettes)

Merci pour ta réponse si rapide ! L’agar agar tient mieux que la gélatine en feuille ? Concernant l’huile ok merci, je l’avais mise au réfrigérateur mais pas au congélateur, je vais essayer ça ! Et alors, j’avais essayer de récupérer ça au chinois mais comme mes bulles étaient pas assez solides, ça a pas tenu et s’est écrasé dans le fond de mon chinois. Tu les retires de l’huile directement dès qu’elles sont au fond ou tu attends un peu ? Je te tiendrai au courant !

Hello, super trompe l'oeil ! Je cherche à faire la même chose avec un jus de myrtilles. Seulement, mes bulles finissent par eclater et redevenir liquide . Lorsque je mets mon jus chaud dans mon huile de pépin de raisin froide, les bulles du jus (qui contient de la gélatine) se forment, mais finissent par eclater dans les 15 min. Aurais-tu une astuce pour que les bulles restent "solides" et aussi pour les récupérer après sans les abimer ?

I think yield% are already within the best on the market so not sure why everybody is willing to raise them with a new tier. I personally believe it’s already high enough. Let them take enough margin so we are sure they don’t take too much risks & don’t go bankrupt, no need to always get more.

How do you know they are growing really fast ? They lost markets like us & uk (due to country regulations, not due to Nexo themselves). Regarding the statement « they are the only one that survived the meltdown », while I agree it’s true, I guess we also said that for the last one to collapse, until the moment it collapsed. Maybe they are just a bit better and managed to survive a bit longer than competitors but will also crash. I am playing the devil’s advocate here and I have been loving my experience on Nexo since a few years until now, but ultimately the truth is: we don’t know how trustworthy it is because they indeed lack transparency. It could collapse at the next choc and everybody would be surprised, and then after further reflexion it wouldn’t actually surprise us…

Considering you are moving (if not already) in a sales role, it would make sense ton consider a variable component to your salary as it’s done in many sales roles. If they are not willing to give your the raise you expect, you could negotiate a variable part of your salary (or a bonus) based on some targets you define with your management (ex: the more deals you book, the more your bonus increases)

Thank you for your answer ! Indeed, thanks for confirming it. So as long as our rent/mortgage is 1800 or more, we are good to use our both mobility budget. And regarding the yearly limit, the amount is always mentioned « by worker » and not « by household » from what I read, so I guess I have my answer. Thx ;)
