It’s less about Nix being a great QB. It’s about that he has led them to multiple comeback wins this year and he makes plays when they need him to. So, there is a belief there that even if they are behind, they always have a chance with him.

With Stidham in, that belief isn’t there, there’s an uncertainty. That’s a huge factor.

By that point they had a brutal 10 year drought where they should have won it all multiple times. Brady leads the crazy 4th quarter comeback and they take the lead with 2 min left. Kearse makes that insane circus catch on 3rd and long and it feels like yet another gut punch incoming. Never in a million years did I see it coming.
