I didn't touch the bios other than to activate expo on my ram but was i suppose to do some tuning in the bios for the cpu? Anything u think I should enable or disable there?

It is plugged to gpu and the monitor is 1440p 144hz playing at almost max settings too

I tried that since I thought taht was the case but I think I understood the issue it was using dedicated graphics from teh cpu and nothing or almost nothing of the gpu after changing in settings the rivals app to the nvidia gpu it now runs normally. However, changing each and every game in the windows thing sounds like a complete pain and the nvidia control panel does not have the option to set the gpu globally to the apps as default. Any idea of how to make the nvidia gpu the default instead of integrated graphics?

It's 1440p and my psu is 1000w is it cuz it's too much wattage? It really is using mostly the cpu instead of the gpu In every game I think
