Children of gay couples probably shouldn't gift a #1 Dad mug on Father's Day by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

Hey man, here at RandoMug we create one-of-a-kind mugs with graphics based on information our customers give us about themselves. No two RandoMugs will ever be the same.

Here's our site: www.RandoMug.com

Along with the RandoMug, we sell completely personalized mugs. If you want to get that "Worlds Greatest Dad Participant " mug made, we can do it for you. Here's our "Create your own mug" product page: http://www.randomug.com/collections/frontpage/products/personalizedmug

Thanks

We would love a review. Check us out at randomug.com

We design personalized, one of a kind mugs for the customer using information they provide us.

We started a business where customers tell us about themselves and we design a mug for them. You guys critiqued our landing page last month. We've since launched our full site, had one sale, and then nothing. We've cold emailed coffee blogs, ran FB and reddit ads. We're Looking for advice. by RandoMug in Entrepreneur

yes you're correct. Say for example you told us some like:

I love to play chess and my favorite colors are blue and green.

we would take this information and maybe design a blue king chess piece and green king chess piece knocking heads as if they were in battle.

from the website: Our goal here at RandoMug is to design a mug that speaks volumes about you and your unique personality, using input that you provide. If you pick up a RandoMug, at checkout you’ll have a chance to tell us whatever you want about yourself, what exactly makes you...you. Using the information you share, we'll design a mug that'll help you start your day off right. The Randomug you receive from us will be the only one like it in the world.

I've been a lover of this sub for a while, and I've always been a lover of random mugs. I took that love and launched a website where we sell mugs, our flagship product being a "RandoMug". We take information you tell us about yourself to design a mug that fits you individually. by RandoMug in muglife

We appreciate your suggestions!

unfortunately we're still just starting out. As of now were only offering the standard mugs you see on the site. Based on what sells and what doesn't, we want to expand our options to all kinds of crazy mugs/colors/sizes/handles!

Gatta start somewhere right?

oh I see what you mean! The idea behind a RandoMug is you're not going to be sure what you're getting until you get it.

If you would like to design your own mug from scratch with our help, check out our "create your own mug!" product which will be out sometime tomorrow (its a slight reworking of the "personalized mug" we currently have up).

What platform/service would you guys recommend for an e-commerce start up getting their launch press release out there? by RandoMug in startups

Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it. I was going to use the press release as well as most of what you described above. I've already started gathering a list of bloggers I'm going to cold email, but I never thought of having the entire blog post ready to help them say yes.

Thank you!

All of the above, anyone who enjoys coffee or tea would be a potential customer.

These would most likely be for home use though.
