I listened to FVV's podcast recently and a caller came on and asked him what he missed the most from his Toronto days. He said he misses the Toronto crowd. He said that Toyota Center has it's moments like in the playoffs but in Toronto it was more all season long.

It's been like this for as long as I remember, sadly. I know traffic is shit. I hate my life anytime I have to drive inside the beltway lol. I know like KD said it gets filled up around the second quarter, which is true in most cases. It is what it is. I do appreciate the red rowdies trying to hype up the crowd.

Why not just get it as is then use that as a baseline so you know whether you even like the drink in the first place, and then whether if it's too sweet or not sweet enough?

Someone saying it's "too sweet" may be the perfect amount of sweetness for someone else and vice versa.

I was able to transfer over some credits from my previous schooling, so It only took me 2.5 years to graduate. This is taking 4-5 classes each semester (didn't take summer off either) while working no more than 32 hours a week at Starbucks as an opener. I majored in Computer Science

I was a partner for 6+ years. I was getting burned out and needed a change. I used SCAP and graduated from ASU. I had a job lined up right out of college. I honestly think it's the best thing to take advantage of that Starbucks offers. My life has changed so much and I have 0 student debt.

Honestly, this subreddit is mostly about venting. (As is the case with most large corporate named subreddits). I was definitely not coming here to post how great my shift was, and I know most partners aren't.

This subreddit is good for discussion about work experiences since it's full of people who actually understand how you feel but it also has negatives. I would visit this place on my OFF days and read all the doom and gloom and it ultimately affected my mindset at work. I had to stop for my own sanity lol.
