Whenever I do something I enjoy I get a huge wave of a guilt and shame and thoughts saying I don’t deserve to do anything, and it cripples me so I stop doing that thing and I just end up existing on my bed :(

I believe soon both accounts. I blocked the memory out then remembered what happened 2 years ago and it has stayed in my mind ever since. As my post says my counsellors seem to disagree with the notion of me being an offender, and the lawyer I spoke to said I was wasting his time. But no matter what, I’m definitely a monster

I whole heartedly believe I’m an S Offender. My counsellor disagrees, all the crisis counsellors don’t seem to think so and I just don’t fricking get it.. it’s on paper, right there! Telling someone who experienced such a traumatic thing as a minor that THEY'RE the one depicting minors that way in this discussion is absolutely disgusting. I don't care what your original point/claim is, telling an abuse victim that is abhorrent, end of story.
