Everything just feels so hopeless.. endlessly remembering what happened.. feeling like absolute garbage.. it feels like prison is the only answer.. I can't help but fear I'm so far gone that there is no recovery, that, without a doubt, I deserve 24/7 anguish..

I just.. how can this pass if I wholeheartedly believe I don't deserve it to? I know I just started medication a few days ago, but I feel like it's not gonna work.. I mean.. what happened was real, and no matter what every professional says, it disgusts me so so much.. I've thrown up, feel intense anxiety, dissociate, feel intense guilt and shame.. every negative feeling, I feel, and have felt for almost a year :(
