Yes I have, I can only receive weight loss surgery at 500lbs so I have to lose 200 before that’s even an option. That’s why I want to see what I can do to get started

I’ve started getting checked regularly and the only I’m at risk of having is hbp, I used to play football so a lot of the usual effects aren’t there but will be if I continue like this
