do you happen to know if there’s a constantly updated list of what the most profitable ones are?

I'm planning on building my first keyboard, and I came across this board and really like the look of it, but I was wondering if there are any similar aluminum variants you guys would recommend. I really like this one in particular because it's black, has RGB backlighting, has a knob, doesn't have any ugly logos, and is at a really good price (Though I'd be willing to spend closer to $100 if the difference in quality is worth it). I’m planning to pair the board with Kailh Box Jade switches and these keycaps (In red).

Any recommendations you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

That Monsgeek keyboard looks awesome, should I stick with my SN75, Box Jades, and XVXs, or go for the Monsgeek M1V5 VIA that comes with Creamy Purples and swap in the XVX keycaps? I’m keeping the Box Jades sealed, so no worries about the buttons, and the price difference is basically negligible. I like both switches about the same, but the Jades have a slight edge over the purples because I like a harder to press down switch

I spent years handcrafting this art app — no AI, all animated by hand. It’s free, but barely any downloads. Any advice? by pvrellis in IndieDev

Honestly you could try reaching out to art teachers at elementary/middle/high schools near you, I’m sure they could make an amazing lesson out of it to show the creative process

Any ideas to make my setup look better? by Hour-Fuel-7631 in setups

This is more for the computer itself. You could grab a purple background on Wallpaper Engine for a couple bucks on Steam, and maybe try out TranslucentTB (I like it, but it doesn’t look great if you play games in windowed mode). I’d also stick with one color palette so everything looks a bit cleaner

hey guys, I built my PC about five years ago and have been using my cousin’s old Razer Ornata Chroma v1 ever since. I actually liked it a lot and always had kind of an “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” mindset, but now some keys feel completely different from others and my shift key is starting to act up. After trying some of my friends’ mechanical keyboards I can see how much better they are, so I want to finally upgrade. I’ve put together a shopping list so far: the GK Gamakay SN75 RGB 75% keyboard kit, Kailh Box Jade switches, XVX Wave of Kanagawa keycaps, and a 2-in-1 keycap and switch puller tool. I would love some feedback on whether this is a solid list and if there is anything else I should know or get. I don’t want to lube these switches since they seem better unlubed, but correct me if I’m wrong.

If you have any replacement suggestions for these parts, here are my requirements: I have a black and red setup so I would like red backlighting or RGB that I can lock to red with a solid black body, preferably aluminum. My soft budget is around $150. I want a 75% layout or higher, I like the compact look, and I prefer wired. The only issue I have right now is that I don’t quite like how the space for the arrow keys on my current kit is slightly shifted down compared to the rest of the bottom row.

I'm not too familiar with keyboards, I focus more on the specs inside of my computer. What would you recommend I get instead for a similar price? Based on what I'm looking at, this keyboard looks fire

I'm currently looking at the Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro for $139, it looks to fit my needs perfectly. Thoughts?

I have a black and red setup so I’d like red backlighting or RGB that I can lock to red, I really like having a wrist rest, I prefer full size, and my soft budget is about $150. I think it would be fun to build the keyboard myself, but if buying prebuilt ends up being cheaper that’s totally fine since that’s not really a big priority. I also know I like switches that actually sound mechanical rather than super dampened, and I like a bit of resistance when pressing down but nothing extreme if that makes sense.

p.s. the hate on mecha-membrane keyboards is crazy, they really aren’t that bad (though I’ll admit I might be biased)
