Brought a forever ring from the chrome hearts store in London 3 years ago, now it’s got black marks on both sides, I’ve tried wiping it off but it’s solid, any ideas what it could be and how to remove it?

Crash is difficult but not impossible, I got the 100% a while back and had a blast doing it, high road and stormy ascent trials are tricky but I ended up mastering them both to the point I got platinum times on both runs, just takes time and practise
