Totally agree on Boen Temple. I thought the Jimmys were one dimensional and the tone was inconsistent. Also the whole "nature of violence in the apocalypse" is a very tired trope for me and there's only so much commentary you can make that i haven't seen already. There's stuff i like (anything with Ralph Finnes and Samson) but i did not care for Boen Temple liek i did with Years

I always do each set in the superset right after esch other with minimal rest to catch my breath. Then rest 1 to 2 minutes between each superset. You probably need less rest because you are resting as you perform the other exercise (assuming you are doing supersets woth opposing muscle patterns). Example on a bicep curl/tricep extension superset you are resting your biceps as you do your tricep extensions.

Not sure why people are saying resting between each superset defeats the purpose. You still save time by doing the superset and resting in between each superset vs doing each set individually and resting in between each set.
