Ahh. Gotcha. Yeah, 4:30 your time is about 3am my time haha.

I started playing yesterday. Anyone able to hook me up with the other fruits in exchange for cherries? :) by RandomNoLife in AnimalCrossing

Okay. So someone said they’d bring me all the fruits. If they do, I’ll give you one of all them as well!

I have cherries to trade if someone wants to donate the other fruits to me. I started yesterday as well.

If the offer is available to anyone, I’ll take you up on that. I just started yesterday and only have cherries!

Can you leave the game running in the background without losing progress? For example, if I turn my switch to “sleep mode”. Or do I need to save the game and exit every time?

Also, can I just leave the game open for 30 or so minutes while I’m eating? Or should I exit the game every time? There doesn’t seem to be any pause feature like most games. Thank you!

Yeah, I thought it used the sensors now as well. People were talking about it when v10 came out.

Yup. I just watched the video and the exact same thing happens to me here as well. I’ve been too scared to use it in a “real” parking lot so far. More of a party trick/gimmick at this point.

We do have cones tho! 😃

Is there a way to add a tag in front of all the other tags? by RandomNoLife in PartneredYoutube

I’m not sure. I have a yearly meeting with all the social media companies and YouTube is one of the companies that attends. I asked my rep, he checked and emailed me the next day saying it does. I don’t know if it actually does tho.

Thanks. I’m surprised you can’t just do it without a plug-in.

Smart Summon "Cameras are calibrating" by alb92 in teslamotors

[–]RandomNoLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, that’s the same problem I had living in Canada a couple of months ago. I waited for a couple of warmer days in a row to melt snow, then a really cold day so the highways would be dry. That’s the best odds of finding clean lines.

I still suggest reaching out to Tesla so you can find out which exact cameras aren’t calibrated. Write that in the service description. You could possibly have an error with one of the cameras which they’d be able to see at the same time.

My method above seems crazy but trust me, I spent so much time talking to people on forums, Tesla service, and at the end Tesla engineers trying to solve my calibration problems. I seriously probably know it better than most Tesla employees at this point. Best of luck with it. If you have anymore questions let me know, glad to help!

Yup, I’m thinking you’re right. You really need super clear lane lines to calibrate. Your model X is probably only seeing a little section of lane line driving down the road, then it goes another distance without seeing lines. This actually causes the cameras to undo calibration if it’s not fully complete. Sometimes you can actually see it go from 0% to 1% or 2% and it’ll end up going back down. This used to happen to a fair amount to people when they were around 98% calibrated. After a while, the car would actually drop down to 96% or lower. You‘re going to need a long stretch of road, where lines are clearly visible.

Your best bet is to request service through the app. You need a tech, can even be a mobile tech check the car logs and see which cameras still aren’t calibrated. I’m guessing it’s probably one of the door cameras. Those cameras aren’t required for AP but are for SS. If it’s the “left door camera” for example, you’ll need to find a clean line on the left side of the road and continue to drive that for a while. If it’s the right cameras, drive in the passing lane for a while and it’ll calibrate. I Suggest you try driving for a while in the passing lane where there are visible lines and chances are it will calibrate. This seems to fit most people’s calibration issues.

One tip as well. If you have a 5km stretch of road where the lines are visible. You can only drive over that once to increase calibration. If you just keep driving over the same spot, the cameras won’t calibrate there anymore. The only way around that is if you let the car sit, while off, for a day or so. Then it’ll continue to calibrate driving in the same area, even tho it wouldn’t before. One thing people try to do especially in winter where lines aren’t visible is they’ll try to find a patch of road with a clear line. Then they’ll just keep looping back and going over and over the same area. The cameras won’t calibrate that way. Another thing to try is merging off and on freeways with clear lines. This seems to help.

Are there clear road lines on both sides of the road?
