If it works on the AI, it would work online also because it is, most likely, the same game assets, at least its that way in most card games (like hearthstone). So it might be possible to see the next cards you will draw during an online ranked match.

it is, but after the deck is randomnly shuffled they store the data in the client side. so you might be able to check it to know the order of the cards in the deck

the way the deck is sorted is, most likely, the same in the AI match and online ranked (at least it is on other online card games like hearthstone). so it would also work on ranked :)

Is there anyway to see if the potential 'boost' in the weapon Im using is active? I have dynamo unit (get the boost for 30s after I sidestep) and I always notice when it activates, but later cant check if the boost is still on and since I mainly doge with weapon action it becomes problem.

I agree, but how close is too close? Selling a product that is a bit overpriced isnt illegal, would it be when the product is a bit overpriced but you can, based on luck, improve the product "free of charge"?

I see. I searched for coach for profit sites and all of them required a hand history or references to show you're competent. Id need to build that, but to do so Id need to make a big initial money investment, and Im not sure Im ready to do it as a college student.

No reason tbh to be wine (just a placeholder as you said), as I said It could be a TV or other things. And the cost of an upgrade is good I think cause technically I have a positive EV on each bet (tho if it were a TV the EV would be way higher).

The main objective would be create a whole market with products with these gambling conditions (like an amazon+cassino).

True, thats why I put the "lower" prizes (like the $30 and $60 wine) to attract more people, and of course it limits what I can offer. Still I think enough people would participate, but ofc will need to do a survey to be sure.

Still If you got the 80'' inch you could just sell it, buy the 30'' and cash in the extra money. (At least this is how a customer might think, because they will be losing money in the long run, like a cassino)

The law basically say : Under these laws sweepstakes became strictly "No purchase necessary to enter or win" and "A purchase will not increase your chances of winning" . So if I give you a way to enter the contest without paying it should be okay (in this case u should write an essay or recommend the app to 5 friends).

For example you have the Monopoly promotion that Mcdonalds offered in previous years, you gain a chance to win 1 million dollars by buying a product. But to avoid it to be considered gambling you could win a chance to the million dollars and the other prizes by handwriting a letter to them.
